Chocolate Wheat Cake

Beat together:

2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together and add:

3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat well and add:

1 cup HOT water

BEAT!

Bake at 350F for 40 - 50 minutes.

Please note: Maple Frosting = Yummy!
