Banana Bread

by Phyllis Loucks

1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. mashed bananas (about 2 bananas)
4 Tbsp. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts are numo!)
1/2 c. chocolate chips (I prefer the mini ones)

Mix sugar, eggs, and oil together. Add bananas, milk, vanilla, and dry ingredients. Mix well and bake in greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350F. This recipe is easy to double and makes 3 loaves plus a mini loaf when doubled. The riper the bananas, the better flavor the bread.
