Buttermilk Pancakes

1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 1/4 cup flour
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cup blueberries

Combine liquid ingredients in one bowl, whisk well. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl. Mix two bowls together, just until combined. 1/4 cup measure makes a nice sized pancake and yields about 15 pancakes with this recipe. Sprinkle blueberries over batter as you cook each pancake. Cook about 1 - 2 mins per side.
